  • Own end-to-end sales process for Mid-Market territory across Northern Europe.
  • Build pipeline and close net-new logos; average deals โ‚ฌ35โ€“45K ARR.
  • Sell to technical buyers (developers are our ICP) and use MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
  • Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success; influence roadmap decisions.
  • Drive sales efficiency by improving internal processes, content, and tooling.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with engineering leaders and other technical buyers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Mid-Market experience: closing deals in Northern Europe
  • High quota: +600K ARR
  • Top performer: in the top 10% of your sales team
  • Highly tech-savvy: sold to IT operations, DevOps, SecOps, software engineers, or have coding/engineering background
  • Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset; able to work independently
