- Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success; influence roadmap decisions.
- Drive sales efficiency by improving internal processes, content, and tooling.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with engineering leaders and other technical buyers.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Mid-Market experience: closing deals in Northern Europe
- High quota: +600K ARR
- Top performer: in the top 10% of your sales team
- Highly tech-savvy: sold to IT operations, DevOps, SecOps, software engineers, or have coding/engineering background
- Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset; able to work independently
