- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to build strategic adoption plans and move deals forward
- Drive accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and proactively manage risks to ensure predictable quarter execution
π― Requirements
- 2+ years as a sales hunter (new logo / new revenue acquisition) or relevant SaaS experience
- Full English & German language skills
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment
- Driven, competitive, and passionate about winning
- Structured and disciplined, with high accountability for your number - forecast accuracy and pipeline quality
- Comfortable navigating complex buying cycles in the DACH region and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders
