Mid-level Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Write, test, and maintain code in an incremental, well-documented way.
• Contribute to code reviews and collaborate to improve code quality and system design.
• Follow your code to production, helping monitor, troubleshoot, and improve behavior.
• Work with observability tools (metrics, logs, traces) to improve performance and reliability.
• Help evolve internal tools and platform capabilities to improve developer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Risk, Finance, and Business.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining software systems in production environments
• Solid experience with Java and backend development (Spring Boot is a plus)
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, APIs, concurrency basics, persistence)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git or similar)
• Willingness to learn and work with observability and platform-related topics
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to different parts of the stack
