🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years professional design experience (in-house or agency).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; ability to execute with minimal oversight.
• Portfolio demonstrating independent project ownership and strategic thinking.
• Familiarity with After Effects; ability to support light motion or animation needs.
• Strong communication skills; ability to present and defend design rationale.
• Demonstrated ability to design across print and digital channels with brand consistency.
