• Design static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and ads.
• Work with a global team of designers across time zones.
• Balance speed, style, and scale to produce assets steadily.
• Ensure pixel-perfect quality with QA testers.
• Ensure designs follow guidelines across formats and languages.
• Collaborate with art directors on the client side representing Monks.

🎯 Requirements

• About 4 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets.
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator; Sketch or Figma a bonus.
• Master silhouette art; retouching skills a plus.
• Keep files, layers, and folders well organized.
• Able to work independently, lead tasks, and collaborate with clients.
• Contribute to production stages: styles, layouts, versioning.
