🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 6+ years of professional experience.
- Experience administering Microsoft Teams in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Teams Phone deployments.
- Experience with voice policies, dial plans, and number management.
- Knowledge of call queues and auto attendants.
- Familiarity with CQD and Call Analytics; PowerShell for Teams.
- Experience supporting large-scale user bases; cross-functional collaboration.
