📋 Description

  • Administer Teams and Teams Phone (Direct Routing) configurations/policies.
  • Manage user lifecycle for voice services: numbers and routing policies.
  • Support Direct Routing operations; validate call flows; coordinate with SBC/telephony teams.
  • Monitor voice quality and service health; troubleshoot in real-time.
  • Maintain auto attendants, call queues, voicemails, and configs.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases and runbooks; stay current with Teams Phone.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree + 6+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Teams in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Teams Phone deployments.
  • Experience with voice policies, dial plans, and number management.
  • Knowledge of call queues and auto attendants.
  • Familiarity with CQD and Call Analytics; PowerShell for Teams.
  • Experience supporting large-scale user bases; cross-functional collaboration.
