📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation programs with measurable impact.
• Define roadmaps and operating models for foundation models and GenAI.
• Advise executives on embedding AI across risk, compliance, trading, and CX.
• Design and deliver scalable GenAI and agentic solutions with teams.
• Lead PoCs and pilots to prove AI value and speed adoption.
• Shape proposals, sell transformation programs, and drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting and tech-led transformation; 3+ years in AI/ML or GenAI.
• Proven track record leading AI initiatives for financial services from ideation to execution.
• Experience shaping proposals and selling transformation programs to executives.
• Strong understanding of foundation models and GenAI in banking, markets, insurance, fintech.
• Experience collaborating with architecture, engineering, and data teams.
• Bachelor's/Master's in CS/DS/Business; willing to work in Chicago 3 days/week.
