Microsoft Partnerships Program Manager – Global GTM Enablement (Financial Services)

📋 Description

• Execute Capco global Microsoft partnership and GTM strategy across regions.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to operationalise co-sell motions.
• Embed Microsoft aligned propositions into Financial Services sales and delivery.
• Coordinate co-sell motions across Azure, Data and AI and Power Platform.
• Enable sales and delivery teams with playbooks, assets and structured enablement materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in Microsoft partnerships or ecosystem roles
• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud services and co-sell frameworks
• Experience in consulting, technology or digital transformation environments
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively within global, matrixed organizations
