📋 Description

  • Role to support execution of Capco-Microsoft partnership strategy.
  • Focus on GTM execution, partner ops, sales enablement, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with global/regional teams across regions.
  • Operationalize co-sell motions and drive pipeline visibility.
  • Embed Microsoft aligned propositions into FS sales and delivery.
  • Represent Capco in client meetings and industry events.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–10 years in alliances, partner sales, or direct sales within Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and closing deals with Microsoft.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft co-sell motions, partner ecosystem, and field engagement.
  • Experience in consulting, SI, or technology services organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience managing quota, pipeline targets, or revenue metrics.
