🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, with deep SharePoint Online experience.
- Proven experience governing and modernizing enterprise M365 tenants.
- Strong permissions management, lifecycle governance, retention, and compliance-focused collaboration.
- Automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant consolidation or M&A-driven integrations.
- Familiarity with Purview retention/records management and AvePoint Cloud Governance.
