🎯 Requirements
- Independent Michigan licensure (LMFT/LPC/LMSW) or Licensed Psychologist.
- 2+ years post-licensure experience treating adults.
- Experience serving healthcare professionals or first responders.
- Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week.
- Comfort with teletherapy, EHRs, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method.
