Oversee daily activities of the Inside Sales Team; coach 1:1s to meet goals.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop quarterly call campaigns.
Coordinate budgets and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives.
Develop new product scripts and advanced qualifying questions for campaigns.
Maintain Inside Sales processes, lead generation, and quarterly project planning.
Develop and publish weekly/monthly dashboards using CRM data and call metrics.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
2+ years inside sales management experience.
2+ years sales experience; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and sales automation.
