- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
- Prior experience or internships in operations is preferred but not required.
