🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on ethics program design/operations (COI, whistleblowing, ABAC, investigations).
- Strong judgment and comfort handling sensitive, high-stakes situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team influence.
- Ability to independently develop and drive programs without dedicated engineering support.
