🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in brand design or visual communication
• Strong portfolio across digital interfaces and systems thinking
• Experience building and evolving apps
• Experience applying research, usability tests, and metrics
• Comfort with front-end constraints and partnering with engineers
• 6+ years on creative teams; 8+ years in software design
