- 2-4 years in merchant or customer success, or account mgmt in fintech/payments/SaaS.
- Strong relationship-building and communication to build trust and partnerships.
- Highly commercial mindset with ability to identify upsell, retention, growth.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; manage multiple initiatives.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- Fluency in Danish (native) and English.
