🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in merchant or customer success, or account mgmt in fintech/payments/SaaS.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication to build trust and partnerships.
  • Highly commercial mindset with ability to identify upsell, retention, growth.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; manage multiple initiatives.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Fluency in Danish (native) and English.
