Monitor partner performance and conduct quality and satisfaction checks.
Help partners optimize operations with data insights and trends.
Manage menu content and visuals to reflect the Wolt brand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support urgent or complex partner needs.

🎯 Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy helping others succeed.
Experience in customer support, account management, operations, or related admin role.
Detail-oriented and structured, with a hands-on and service-minded approach.
A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for great food and local businesses.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
