Proactively supporting Wolt’s restaurant partners to improve performance and operational efficiency
Working on key KPIs to improve business operations and create a positive customer experience
Collaborating with partners on product assortment and availability
Handling restaurant support tickets to ensure an optimal user experience
Assisting with marketing campaigns for restaurant partners

🎯 Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant / account management / customer service - an advantage
A self-starter with a strong passion for developing in account management and customer success roles
Strong data orientation and proficiency in Excel
Technical ability and logical thinking, with attention to detail
Fluent in Hebrew and English
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
