Merchant Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Create, update, and maintain menus/assortments for active partners.
• Support and troubleshoot gear/equipment to ensure operational performance.
• Guide merchants to self-service and explain how things work with Wolt.
• Ensure menus are accurate, up-to-date, and meet quality standards.
• Identify recurring issues and process gaps; work with cross-functional teams to fix.
• Create automated workflows to drive efficiency and reduce manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years in inbound or outbound support or contact centre roles.
• Experience with operational or content tasks with high detail.
• Comfort with systems, tools, and structured processes.
• Strong problem-solving; ability to identify patterns/root causes.
• Experience with ticketing or CRM systems.
• Fluent in Danish and English for partner communications and product content.
