🎯 Requirements

Fluent in Icelandic and English for partner communication.
Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools.
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets is a strong advantage.
Excellent written and phone communication skills.
Experience in a similar support role is a plus.
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and drive to improve processes.
