  • Own end-to-end onboarding for a portfolio of merchants
  • Configure merchant accounts, tests, and go-live readiness
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Ops for smooth integrations
  • Gather merchant feedback to inform product improvements
  • Create playbooks, onboarding guides, and templates
  • Escalate high-priority merchant issues and coordinate resolution

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in customer/partner success or related roles
  • Hands-on API and e-commerce platform experience (Shopify/Magento)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels
  • Danish speaker with fluent written and spoken Danish
  • Excellent English for presenting concepts to stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple high-priority initiatives under tight deadlines
