  • Hands-on onboarding systems expert; troubleshoot and escalate.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and quality standards across teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven people management of 10+ employees.
  • Experience in onboarding/ops in high-volume, process-driven environments.
  • Fluent English; cross-functional leadership with Product and global stakeholders.
  • Technical orientation; translate business needs into product requirements.
  • Hands-on mindset; resolve system and process issues.
  • Experience building and scaling ops in fast-growing environments.
