Onboard venues onto the Wolt platform, coordinating full onboarding for partners.
Ensure smooth integration from contract to go-live.
Proactively remove bottlenecks to maintain onboarding velocity.
Build strong relationships with merchant partners during onboarding and beyond.
Provide training on the Wolt Merchant App and Merchant Portal (live training if needed).
Create/maintain merchant venue pages with offers, translations, and menu updates per brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

Logical problem-solving with a bias for action and impact.
Proactive ownership mindset; independent thinker with limited guidance.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt tone to audience.
Experience in sales, account management, or customer support is an advantage.
Fluent in Georgian and English to communicate with partners.
