🎯 Requirements

2+ years in business operations or PM, fast-paced env; proven ownership.
Fluent in Slovak and English (written and spoken).
Tech-savvy; quick to adapt to new tools.
Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Excellent time management; translate priorities into plans and timelines.
Able to manage multiple projects; surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
