🎯 Requirements
- 1–2 years in analytical, operations or product roles.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, hypothesis-driven work, metrics-based decisions.
- Familiar with Amplitude Analytics or similar.
- Exposure to product metrics and UX/commercial performance.
- Comfort with Sanity CMS, feature flags, and tools (Amplitude, Tableau, Confluence, JIRA).
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple experiments.
