- Introduce and establish the Wedding/Bridal category within Quinceâs Womenâs assortment
- Launch and expand the Womenâs Bridesmaids Dresses assortment in year one
- Own expansion into adjacent wedding categories (guest, MOB, bridal occasions) after launch
- Manage the Womenâs Dresses assortment, including category growth trajectory, revenue, and margins
- Build on Quinceâs value proposition to scale the Womenâs category across existing and new product classes
- Leverage consumer insights, data, and retail trends to inform assortment decisions
đŻ Requirements
- 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience in Womenâs apparel, preferably with bridal or evening experience
- E-commerce experience and/or DTC experience preferred
- Proven track record of progression and growth in roles
- Product obsessed with experience in leveraging data tools and external sources
- Critical eye to anticipate customer needs (both the âscienceâ and âartâ of retail merchandising)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical with focus on execution, problem-solving, improving processes and brand enhancement
