Merchandising Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the merchandise team to design new products informed by milestones.
• Design customer gifting items, including mission patches and event gifts.
• Own the product design process from concept to production handoff and deadlines.
• Work with the customer team on mission patches and provide multiple file types.
• Design and maintain tech packs, fit charts, color standards, and fabric specs.
• Prepare designs for final production with printer and vendor specs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or artistic field.
• 5+ years of experience in product, graphic, and merchandise design.
• Impressive design portfolio including merchandise and graphic designs.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
