Merchandising Designer (Illustration)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with merchandise team to design products using milestones.
• Design customer gifting items (mission patches, signing gifts, event gifts).
• Own the product design process from initial design to production handoff.
• Work with customer team to design mission patches and provide multiple file types.
• Design and maintain tech packs, fit charts, color standards, and fabric specs.
• Develop graphics, typography, and layouts for social, web, and print.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or artistic field.
• 5+ years in product, graphic, and merchandise design.
• Impressive design portfolio including merchandise and graphic designs.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends, with occasional travel.
