🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years in merchandise planning, inventory management, or retail financial planning.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing planning teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven insights.
- Advanced Excel; experience with planning systems (Anaplan, SAP, JDA, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
