🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing (preferred).
- 1–2 years experience in merchandising, buying, or retail ops.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical, comfortable with spreadsheets and retail reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
- Familiarity with Shopify, NetSuite, DOMO or similar systems (a plus).
