Lead project team through MEP engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Develop and issue drawings, design docs, and reports for aerospace/industrial projects.
Negotiate and manage construction contracts through close-out with subcontractors.
Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time.
Coordinate with electrical utility on design to ensure reliable power for site infrastructure.
Interact with engineers, contractors, fabricators, and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
3+ years designing or building MEP building systems.
Experience with electrical and power distribution systems (<600Vac).
HVAC operation and design (refrigeration, chillers, boilers, air handling).
Plumbing design (domestic water, wastewater, venting, storm).
AutoCAD/Revit – beginner to intermediate; NEC/ASHRAE/NFPA/IBC familiarity.
