- Lead day-to-day MEP construction across data center projects on schedule, budget, quality.
- Mentor external MEP project managers and superintendents and internal resources.
- Coordinate internal resources to support supply chain for owner-furnished equipment.
- Advocate safety as top priority on site, enforcing safety plans and regs.
- Identify expedited permitting with local jurisdictions to meet timelines.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to maintain schedules and milestones.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of construction PM experience, including 2+ years in data centers.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale MEP construction for data centers.
- Deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in PM software such as CxAlloy, Procore, MS Project; MS Office; cloud-based platforms.
- Willingness to travel US/Canada; authorized to work there; valid driver's license.
