Lead project team through MEP design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Develop and issue drawings, design docs, and reports for aerospace and commercial projects.
Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across disciplines.
Resolve design and field conflicts in real-time.
Coordinate with utility provider to ensure reliable power for critical site infrastructure.
Interact with engineers, contractors, fabricators, and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience with design or build of MEP building systems.
Primary experience with electrical and power distribution systems (≤600Vac).
HVAC operation and design principles, including refrigeration, chillers, boilers, and air handling.
Plumbing design and operation: domestic water, wastewater, venting, and storm systems.
AutoCAD/Revit – beginner to intermediate; NEC/ASHRAE/NFPA/IBC familiarity.
