🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or related)
- 3+ years designing or building MEP building systems
- Electrical power distribution experience (<600 Vac)
- HVAC design operation including refrigeration, chillers, boilers, AHU
- Plumbing design and operation including domestic water, wastewater, venting, and storm
- Delta/Wye transformers, lighting, construction specs, and grounding
- UPS, backup generators, and automatic transfer switches
- AutoCAD/Revit – beginner to intermediate
