🎯 Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in mental health (MSW/CMHC/MFT, etc.)
Location: Reside in Oregon and eligible to work in OR
Experience: Proficiency in DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI in intensive settings
Caseload: Work with diverse ages 8-64
Telehealth Savvy: Facilitate engaging virtual sessions with reliable internet
Professionalism: Maintain boundaries; support group-based treatment
