- Review the curriculum before each group start
- Arrive 10 minutes early and lead the hour-long group
- Facilitate groups using Charlie Health curriculum and best practices
🎯 Requirements
- Available late afternoons/evenings on weekdays 3-8pm MT and Saturdays
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth and young adults
- Proficient in DBT, CBT; EMDR/MI a plus
- Strong group treatment and teamwork skills
- Technical ability to run telehealth with reliable WIFI
