Complete onboarding within 2 weeks of start date
Meet with Group Quality Supervisor at least 1x/month for check-in
Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours
Review curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to start
Arrive ~10 minutes early and facilitate the hour-long group
Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and updated curriculum

🎯 Requirements

Available late afternoons/evenings on weekdays (3-8pm) MT and Saturdays
Master’s degree in mental health or related field required
Experience working with youth and young adults
Well versed in modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus)
Passionate about group treatment and skilled in conducting group treatment
Part time 1099 role
