- Onboarding completion within 2 weeks of start
- Monthly meetings with Group QA Supervisor/Director (1x/month)
- Respond to email/Slack within 48 hours
- Review curriculum before group start
- Arrive 10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the hour
- Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and updated curriculum
- Facilitate groups across age cohorts; Integrative curriculum and Wellness Hour as needed
- Foster client engagement and camera-on culture
- Follow operational policies and procedures as indicated
- Participate in Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday)
- Work collaboratively with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches
- Communicate clearly with clients, staff, families, agencies
- Monitor notes within 24 hours and meet standards per DHCS/Joint Commission
- Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth and young adults
- Proficient in modalities: DBT, CBT; EMDR; MI a plus
- Skilled in group treatment
- Comfortable on video telehealth; reliable wifi
- Familiar with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox; EMR software
- Part-time 1099 role
