- Arrive ~10 minutes early and facilitate hour-long groups
- Follow Charlie Health best practices and current curriculum
🎯 Requirements
- Available late afternoons/evenings: 3-8pm MT Mon-Thu and Saturdays
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field required
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Modality skills: DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI a plus
- Strong group treatment skills and teamwork
- Ability to run telehealth sessions with reliable wifi
