- Review curriculum before group start time
- Arrive ~10 minutes early and facilitate the hour
- Follow Charlie Health best practices and curriculum
🎯 Requirements
- Available late afternoons/evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT) and Saturdays
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth and young adults
- Proficient in DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus
- Creative and engaging on video; strong teamwork
- Technical: telehealth, reliable wifi; Gmail/Slack/Zoom/Dropbox
