As a Compliance Data Specialist at The Menta Education Group, you will join a collaborative team of regulatory and business professionals dedicated to upholding the highest standards of data integrity. Your primary mission is to act as the steward of our Restraint and Time Out (RTO) compliance data, ensuring every record is accurate, compliant, and submitted to all designated recipients on time.
In addition to the primary responsibility of RTO regulatory compliance, this role will gradually incorporate essential support to the Workers’ Compensation and Insurance Program (WCIP) team. Supporting the WCIP team will include assisting with claims administration and risk data. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on statutory accuracy but appreciates the variety of supporting broader business operations.
Required:Minimum of an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Human Resources Management, Office Technology, OR a related field.
