About the Role

Join our Application Operations team and experience how IT directly enables global Sales & Marketing performance. You’ll work hands-on with leading SaaS and Business-Intelligence platforms and help keep our commercial ecosystem running smoothly.

Your ideas and initiatives can directly improve the productivity of hundreds of users.

Your Responsibilities:

Support dailyapplication operationsfor tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Mendix platforms

Identify and solve operational bottlenecks– act proactively and propose improvements

Develop smallautomations or process optimizationsto speed up recurring workflows

Collaborate with senior team members toenhance service quality and user satisfaction

Contribute to cross-team initiatives that increase the reliability of our business-critical systems

Your Profile:

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in IT, Business Informatics or similar

Structured, proactive and self-drivenworking style

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Interest in modern SaaS ecosystems and how IT enables business growth

Fluent in English
