Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospects generated through inbound demand programs and outbound efforts
  • Drive pipeline growth byidentifyingand qualifying leads, setting appointments, and handing off opportunities to Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted outbound calling campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Engage with prospects at events, working booths andinitiatingconversations that uncover business needs
  • Identifykey decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts, building relationships across the purchasing, IT, finance, and executive functions
  • Ask insightful questions to assess fit and align prospects withMendix’svalue proposition
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of interactions and lead status using CRM tools, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-ups
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in enterprise software sales as a SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills, ideally with working proficiency in multiple languages
  • The desire to master this role and take on new challenges
