  • Identify and scale partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, and high-volume merchants.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to go-live.
  • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers within PSPs, acquirers, and large merchants to unlock partnerships.
  • Design regional expansion targeting gaming, iGaming, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services.
  • Collaborate with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to localize onboarding.
  • Analyze merchant performance to segment accounts and optimize terms.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10 years in payments/fintech, with experience in acquiring and card networks.
  • Proven enterprise-level business development with C-suite negotiations.
  • Strong network within PSPs, acquirers, processors, or banks in the region.
  • Experience navigating regulated environments; strong compliance and reputational awareness.
  • Commercially mature, resilient, and execution-driven in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset; translate merchant data into scalable partnerships.
