  • Communicate complex topics with clarity and empathy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Familiar with Intercom, Zendesk, Confluence, JIRA, Trello, Slack, Google Suite, Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical reading and ability to assess users’ needs.
  • Remote work experience required; fintech experience preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for helping others with financial decisions and credit/budgeting.
