Member Success Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of ~400 members as their dedicated success manager.
• Build relationships and proactively engage members based on goals and risks.
• Provide year-round guidance on financial and business needs.
• Identify at-risk members and drive retention and growth.
• Educate members on S Corporations, tax strategy, and operations.
• Guide quarterly check-ins, estimated taxes, and ongoing operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of tax, accounting, or related client-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of S Corporations and small business tax strategy.
• Familiarity with Xero, QBO, Gusto, Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a large book in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a passion for helping entrepreneurs.
