  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
  • Creative problem-solver with thoughtful solutions.
  • Clear, empathetic communication; able to read the room and personalize interactions.
  • Passion for dining and member service; able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using Zendesk, Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace.
