  • VIP-level service track record with swift, effective solutions.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear, empathetic communicator who makes interactions personal.
  • Comfortable with Zendesk, Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace.
