- Strategic and tactical thinker; translate philosophy into actionable frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive recommendations.
- Experience with HRBPs, Finance, and executive teams; align with budgets.
- Proficient with HRIS (Workday) and compensation planning tools.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments; adaptable to ambiguity.
