📋 Description

• Develop and train models using chemical synthesis knowledge to improve synthesis efficiency
• Build scalable tools to evaluate synthetic feasibility across libraries
• Interpret model outputs in chemistry terms, aligning AI with synthesis
• Collaborate with drug discovery and modeling teams on evaluation and prioritization
• Maintain cheminformatics pipelines for analysis, properties, and candidate assessment

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in chemistry, computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or related field with 2+ years post-doc or industry experience, or Master's with 5+ years experience in computational chemistry or cheminformatics
• Deep understanding of organic chemistry, synthetic routes, and chemical reactions
• Experience training ML models on molecular data, including generative chemistry models
• Strong Python programming skills and building pipelines for molecular analysis
• Understanding of drug-like properties and medicinal chemistry principles
• Comfortable translating constraints and insights between chemistry and ML
